Ingredients
-70 grams of sugar
-50 grams of flour
-2 table spoons of natural, unsweetened cocoa powder
-A pinch of salt
-60 ml of water
-A pinch of cinnamon
-2 Table Spoons of Vegetable Oil
-2 drops of vanilla extract
-4 caramels unwrapped and cut into small pieces
-8 pecans broken into pieces
-One scoop of vanilla ice-cream (optional)
Instructions
Add the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon into a ceramic microwave-safe mug. Mix well.
Place the caramels and nuts along the walls of the cup. Add the oil, vanilla extract and water. Stir well and make sure there are no lumps.
Place the mug into the microwave and heat it on high for about 2 minutes.
Allow it to cool for a minute or two before serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream (optional)
