creative arts festival
First Ever Inter School TWS Dubai Creative Arts Festival 2021 aims at providing a platform for students and parents to challenge oneself and explore the vast depths of the creative arts. To unleash the passion we so often leave neglected, unhinge your limits and push your creative spirits to its brink.
The critical importance of ARTS has been further reinforced during the pandemic. While this year has taught us how truly fragile our world can be, it has also demonstrated the artistic power we possess, when working together, to overcome all challenges. This virtual festival will help to showcase the fact that ARTS is a more central and visible part of the international response to wellbeing.

YEARBOOK 2019-20
Teacher's day 2016
On Wednesday 5th October 2016, International Teachers’ day celebration was held at our school. Teachers’ day was a great learning opportunity; it was a wonderful day filled with many new experiences. The day started of well with an opening assembly in the morning for the student teachers which brightened us and strengthen us with confidence and capability so that we could make this day a turning point for each and every one and most importantly ourselves. We encountered many challenges as the students took over the school and accepted the responsibility in making a positive change in learning, today we did not only teach but the main thing is we also learnt many new things from one another which were unknown to us, and at the end of the day it was quite tiring, but we enjoyed it. We even learnt being a teacher is a tough job, you must prepare yourself a lot so, we should be thankful for our teachers for giving us considerable support and guidance. As Henry Adams say “A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops”, so for their commendable performance lets wish them a Happy Teachers Day!

Breast cancer awareness!
The month of October was dedicated to treat cancer awareness and throughout this month we came up with different ways to raise awareness. However the 25th of October, was special in terms of awareness. We put extra effort into raising awareness by decorating our class doors, praying for those suffering with this dreadful disease and wearing ribbons that represent that. The campaign and awareness was initiated by Mehek of Year 11. In addition, we had our very first, corridor assembly that was an innovative initiative taken by our section leaders. We had concluded the awareness campaign by forming the pink loop or ribbon with students stading in the formation.

Exams: how to prepare?
With the exams season getting closer and closer, tension is slowly building up and students are scrambling to finish notes and start revision and yet a lot of us are still looking around for motivation, for a trick that makes it all easier.
To think that there is one secret glorious trick for everyone to learn everything quickly - and then remember it all - is a bit of wishful thinking. There is no trick. No shortcut. The real obstacle is to find the perfect blend of concentration and relaxation that lets you absorb what you learn. And that blend is different for different people. Read more...
